Woodbridge Pointe ~ New Homes near Sandbridge Beach
Jim Arnhold and Rob Prodan, key figures in the senior management team of HAV, were among the partnership group that developed the Woodbridge Point community off Centerville Turnpike in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach. Prior to 2007, HAV was the sole homebuilder constructing new residences in the neighborhood.
Work was completed within Woodbridge Pointe in 2007 after 10 successful years and over 500 residences.
